Tracy Morgan upgraded to “fair” condition

Former 30 Rock star Tracy Morgan’s condition has been upgraded to “fair” following a major car accident last week.

“Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement,” a statement said. “His personality is certainly starting to come back as well.”

Morgan’s injuries include a broken nose, broken femur and broken ribs, and he was hospitalised n New Jersey. He had surgery for a broken leg the day after the crash.

Jeff Millea, Morgan’s 36-year-old assistant who was also in critical condition after crash, has also been upgraded to fair, Variety reports.

Truck driver Kevin Roper has been charged with vehicular homicide and assault by auto.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges during an arraignment last week.
