Saw the time shifted results for last Wednesday. Offspring scored an extra 200k bringing it over the million mark . It was another brilliant episode last night.

Yes Darcey, you are totally right! Some people need a reality and logic check.

I know it’s Channel 10 & that we give them lots of leeway for their shows, but when shows like the Voice or House Rules get ratings similar to Masterchef, we call them a flop.

@nik C – I agree 100% about that stupid production technique. Time to dump it and treat viewers with respect. I make a cupper and then don’t rush back as I know they do that, so a 5 minute break in actual fact not 3.5 minutes :-)

  5. WolfieBoy June 12, 2014 at 10:35 am -

So glad that M/Chef has lifted NCIS and also Offspring which deserves to get good ratings. Such a funny show.

Also glad it has beaten more repeats from the big bang channel. :-)

  6. bender June 12, 2014 at 9:44 am -

Ten may not be scoring huge ratings with MC and Offspring but are doing well in the demos. Wonder if MC will crack a million tonight as previews allude to a major shock elimination, and Thursdays rating well for MC

  7. nik c June 12, 2014 at 9:42 am -

Good to see original material rate well. Good to see Aussie drama (Offspring) rate well.

House Rules is building nicely, but the number of coming up and reminders of what as just on before and after an advert is irritating. This is the reason why I begin watching it an hour later and then I skip all the ‘repeat’ material. Such a stupid way to treat your viewers. I realise some people may suffer from short term memory issues, but it seems Reality shows expect us to forget at frequent intervals. A joke. I wish regulation could stop this.

Dunno why TBBT still rates well, glad it was lower as a repeat and new CSI is no longer the powerhouse it was, I would say due to changing time slots has affected it.

  8. Evan43 June 12, 2014 at 9:40 am -

Good on Channel 10, they easily beat the ABC last night for 3rd place.
The ABC desperately need something better on Wednesday night than dud Jonah and a 2nd rate Spicks and Specks retread.

  9. officially_k June 12, 2014 at 9:33 am -

#winning for house rules ! Great series,
What happened to ths CSI event? It was on last night yeah?
