Renewed: Suits

US legal drama Suits has been renewed it for a fifth season.

USA Network has ordered another 16 episodes of the series starring Gabriel Macht and Patrick J. Adams.

The fourth season, currently airing Stateside, has been pulling 4 million total viewers with an average of 1.6 million viewers in the 18-to-49-year-old demographic.

“Suits continues to fire on all cylinders, delivering provocative storytelling and complex characters that viewers can’t get enough of,” said Chris McCumber, president of USA Network, in a statement.

“With some of the best writing on television, and a brilliant ensemble cast, we anticipate a spectacular fifth season for a series that has become a marquee property for USA.”

It airs in Australia on Seven.
