Adam Lambert fills in for Keith Urban on American Idol

Adam Lambert, who was recently very impressive touring Australia with Queen, has gone from American Idol contestant to American Idol judge if only temporarily.

Lambert is filling in for Keith Urban who is in Australia following the death of Nicole Kidman’s father, Dr. Antony Kidman, last week.

Lambert, who has previously joked he would love to be a judge, has stepped in for callback auditions alongside Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick Jr. in Brooklyn.
