Former Neighbours star Ashleigh Brewer makes her Australian debut in US soap The Bold and the Beautiful, reportedly the first Aussie in a fulltime role.
Brewer, 23, plays Ivy Forrester, niece of series patriarch Eric Forrester (John McCook).
Executive Producer Bradley Bell said: “We are thrilled to introduce Ashleigh, whose poise and talent are already well-known in Australia and the UK. Ivy is the daughter of Eric’s younger brother John Forrester, who has been living in Sydney. A young, worldly designer, Ivy is brought in to work on the new Hope for the Future jewellery line. It won’t be long before she finds herself deeply entangled in the lives and loves of our younger generation.”
Brewer recently told TEN’s Angela Bishop: “People keep saying ‘love triangle’ but I feel like a triangle is way too simple of a shape for what actually goes on here.
“This has been the best job. Everyone is so amazing. I’m so lucky.”

The only way to get through watching B&B is to pretend it is a comedy. It is unintentionally hilarious.

David do you the first aussie on bold or us tv in full time role? Brett tucker has full time role as an aussie on mistresses for two seasons. Also do you know if seven will be showing season two of mistresses any time soon?
