Conan O’Brien performs Simpsons “monorail” tribute

With a live “The Simpsons Take the Hollywood Bowl” concert of course, performed with the Los Angeles Philharmonic orchestra and the The Los Angeles Gay Men’s Chorus.

The night was hosted by Hank Azaria and performers include Yeardley Smith, Nancy Cartwright, Jon Lovitz, Weird Al and Conan O’Brien, with the latter performing the famous Monorail Song,

The song, inspired by The Music Man, debuted in 1993 originally voiced by the late Phil Hartman. The episode was written by Conan O’Brien.

It was also supposedly the first time Kipp Lennon sang Happy Birthday Lisa in public.
