Paleo Pete set for Seven

My Kitchen Rules chef Pete Evans will bring his passion project to Seven later this year.

2014-09-03_0017My Kitchen Rules chef Pete Evans will bring his passion project The Paleo Way to Seven later this year, fronting a series showcasing recipes and interviews with leading paleo authorities.

Chef and health coach, Pete Evans, takes us on a provocative, nourishing, and flavor-filled journey back to mimic the way our ancestors and hunter gatherers ate: natural, pasture-raised animals; fresh, organic fruits and vegetables; nothing processed, no unpronounceable ingredients.

This is the way our bodies evolved to eat. And Pete brings it all into the 21st Century with telling interviews from some of the top thinkers in nutrition today, exciting visits to farms striving to bring back a more natural approach to agriculture, and dish after dish of mouth-watering recipes that you can try at home. As Hippocrates said, “Let food be your medicine and medicine be your food.”

There’s no airdate announced for this one yet but Evans’ last 13 part series Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, was nominated for a Daytime Emmy award, after airing on PBS.

The new series has been picked up by Endemol for global distribution.

  1. I’m tipping seven agreed to this to entice him to sign on for a few more years of MKR.
This will end up as Weekend afternoon fodder during the AFL off season
