Pizza cast member spills to media

Alex Haddad details a soured relationship a day after headlines break for Pizza star.

2014-09-11_0154A former cast member of Pizza has taken aim at star Paul Fenech, just a day after news broke that Fenech is set to face court over an alleged altercation with a Sydney taxi driver.

Alex Haddad played ‘Mohammed 2’ in the 2007 series on SBS.

In a News Corp story today he suggests the Logie winner is “jealous” of his success.

Haddad claims Fenech is “frustrated” by media using his name in association with the series in press articles.

It follows reports last week in which Haddad was the victim of a Ryde house fire when $80,000 of equipment was stolen.

But the article stresses there is no suggestion Fenech was involved.

In June Pizza was also referenced when Haddad claimed a friendship with The Voice singer Sabrina Batshon also soured and that he was taking out a restraining order against her. Batshon and Nine declined to comment at the time.

In another article last year the actor and entertainment promoter gave an interview to Fairfax about property management after being crossed by ex-tenants.

“I’m a good judge of character,” he said at the time.

Police are currently treating the housefire as suspicious and urged any witnesses to contact them.
