As expected, Seven’s Dancing with the Stars is back 7:30pm Tuesday September 30th, with Daniel MacPherson and Edwina Bartholomew.
This will be the first season produced by FremantleMedia Australia.
Appearing this season are Ricki-Lee, Ashley Hart, Torah Bright, Kyly Clarke, April Rose Pengilly, Lynne McGranger, Eamon Sullivan, Matt Cooper, David Rodan, Tai Hara and Mark Holden.
Under the scrutiny of the judging panel – comprising celebrated dancers Kym Johnson and Adam Garcia alongside DWTS seasoned professionals Todd McKenney and Helen Richey (who are celebrating their 14th series this year) – the dazzling stars will have to prove they have all the moves on the dancefloor.
The judges scores, combined with the viewer vote, will determine who wins the trophy and a place in Dancing With the Stars history.
Dancing With The Stars is a BBC Worldwide format produced by FremantleMedia Australia for Channel 7. The smash-hit BBC format is licensed to 50 countries, with over 260 series aired around the world to date and 13 series broadcast in Australia. The show celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.

Love this show, very vibrant and full of energy, also like the fact that the celebs make money for charity, am sure they get paid as well but at least some cash is donated for worthy causes. Hope it does well again this year especially for the charity organizations.
Buddy029 she’s still in the ad – she’s in the second row in the outdoor dance sequence and in the left in the sparkly dress dance sequence. Like I said previously, they seem breathless to make sure we know Ricki Lee is there – she is constantly front row, centre.
It’s time for a girl to win!! I think Ricki-Lee may be the girl for the job.
Hi David, Is Lynne McGranger still appearing just ask because she is not getting credit in the promo that is going to air on 7. She once got credit but not anymore. Thought she might be out now….
cant wait. Im glad the 4 judges are back. It was great last season.
Does this mean Bringing Sexy Back is gone and will be never seen again or are they moving it to after DWTS or to another night?
I’ll be really shocked if Ricki Lee doesn’t win… It already feels like it’s a done deal when you look at the publicity
With all the promotional saturation and that catchy tune and dance, I might give this a go this year and see what the fuss is all about.
