Returning: The Good Wife. Airdate: Reckless.

Not long to go before Emmy winner Julianna Margulies returns in new episodes.

2014-09-20_0033The Good Wife returns in the US tomorrow and while it isn’t being entirely fast-tracked, it also isn’t too far away.

TEN will resume the series at 9:30pm Wednesday October 8th, a much swifter premiere than recent seasons. It may also be being held due to US pre-emptions which invariably create weeks with no eps.

“The Line”
Alicia is adamant in her refusal to run for State’s Attorney despite Eli’s attempts to persuade her to launch a campaign. Meanwhile, an internal crisis threatens to destroy the firm.

It will be followed by the premiere of US legal drama Reckless at 10:30pm. Starring Anna Wood, this premiered in the US in June to mixed reviews. 13 eps have aired in the US.

Defense Attorney Jamie Sawyer is hired by a disgraced cop in the wake of a sex scandal involving the police department, and finds herself facing off against newly appointed City Attorney, Roy Rayder.

  1. I’ve seen Reckless it’s just ok light legal drama with pretty people and romance, an easy watch but the last 2 eps of the season really let it down they threw in some unbelievable twists which let it down a little. I very much doubt it will renewed.

  2. After what 10 did last year I won’t get too excited till it happens. They announced it was coming back, then a week later dumped it. It was a crucial season too with the firm’s splitting & Will Gardner’s death. It was impossible not to find out months before it aired here. You can’t be expected to stay away from the internet for 3 months. US websites need to realise that not every country get shows when they do & not put spoilers in the headline. They should put it that you have to click on the link if you want to read it.

What is 9 doing with The Mentalist? Will they just finish the bloody current season already? Three times they’ve started it & taken it off. And I suppose it’s too much to expect them to bring back Person of Interest since it’s starting next week in the US.
