This week It’s a Date asks: What’s the worst thing that could happen on a date?
Written by Peter Helliar and Phil Lloyd, it features Justine Clarke, Phil Lloyd, Emily Taheny and Ronny Chieng. Peter Helliar also appears.
Watch out for Bear Grylls lookalike Ryan O’Kane.
Physiotherapist Amy (Justine Clarke) finally agrees to date her client Brad (Phil Lloyd). But after a less than fulfilling dinner date, Brad’s hunger-fuelled antics get him into a disastrously “shitty” position.
Meanwhile, for their one year anniversary, Manda (Emily Taheny) books a camping trip for her and her reluctant, indoor, lego-loving boyfriend Winston (Ronny Chieng). But when the ridiculously good-looking ranger is hired to guide them, things go from bad to worse.
9pm Thursday on ABC.

I agree with you TVTim. It should be called It’s A Train Wreck and how deluded are the commissioners to put this amateurish stuff to air. I feel very sorry for those really terrific actors in it. Is it a Melbourne clique of unfunny comedy writers or something? Upper Middle Bogan is a far superior and better crafted show which they could learn from.
It couldnt be any worse than last weeks episode, it was so unfunny it should not have been called a comedy… #Dire
