Sarah Ferguson to front doco series on domestic violence
Filming will take place in a NSW women’s refuge in new series expected to air on ABC.

ABC journalist Sarah Ferguson will present a documentary series on domestic violence.
No Excuses with Sarah Ferguson, expected to air on ABC, is one of three projects to receive funding from Screen NSW. Ferguson is also producing a new political series on the Rudd / Gillard years.
· No Excuses with Sarah Ferguson – acclaimed journalist, Sarah Ferguson, will immerse herself in a women’s refuge to shine a light on domestic violence. The series will be filmed in Greater Sydney and regional NSW.
· Bushwhacked!, a children’s series filmed in regional NSW and across outback Australia which follows two young men (one Indigenous and one non-Indigenous) on adventures in search of endangered life and Aboriginal rites and rituals.
· Outback ER, from leading NSW production company, Screentime (Janet King, Underbelly), is an observational documentary series following the working lives of the doctors and nurses of Broken Hill Hospital’s Emergency Department;

“NSW has exceptional cast and production crews, leading creative and digital skills, and a Government that backs its screen industry.”
