Secret Cinema heading for Brisbane

Secret Cinema adopts a 1920s theme in Brissy for four nights in December.

WMSCFor the very first time, World Movies Secret Cinema will take place in Brisbane, from 11 to 14 December, 2014.

The event will transform a mystery Brisbane location in a 1920s theme and guests are invited to embrace the roaring twenties theme as much (or as little) as they like.

In association with the inaugural Brisbane Asia Pacific Film Festival, World Movies Secret Cinema will take movie-goers to a top-secret location, transporting them into an unusual world in the most unlikely of places.

All other details are highly-classified, with the mystery meeting point revealed by SMS on the event day. An acclaimed film has been perfectly paired with the secret location. Ticket price is $55 (plus booking fee), and includes entertainment, an alcoholic beverage and snack on arrival.

Tickets for World Movies Secret Cinema go on sale at 9am, Friday 6 November (local Brisbane time). Previous World Movies Secret Cinema sessions sold out quickly, so movie-goers should book quickly to avoid disappointment.

Thursday 11 December: 7pm
Friday 12 December: 7pm
Saturday 13 December: 7pm
Sunday 14 December: 7pm
