Following Cricket Australia’s announcement last night regarding changes to dates and venues for the Commonwealth Bank Test and Carlton Mid ODI Series, Nine has confirmed a new telecast schedule:

And the only reason those games are on GEM is because they don’t involve Australia

The Sydney test has been pushed back to 6 January. CH9 said this is to allow the players a few extra rest days due to the rescheduling.
Puzzled by the 4th test starting on the 6th, it usually starts on the 2nd – surely this isn’t due to rescheduling because the boxing day test still starts on… boxing day.
They said they were going to move a few BBL games around to fit them in. Looks like it has been done.
No ODI matches for Adelaide Oval this summer!
And great to have the Final here at the WACA. Hope that I will be at the Stadium watching the final!
Thank you. On second thoughts I think could be wrong – maybe BBL matches are not played on the same day/night as One Day Matches?
Do the dates for the Big Bash League stay the same? I thought they didn’t have BBL matches on the same days as test matches. Thank you.
