Bold & Beautiful actress recovering after LA accident

Linsey Godfrey, who plays Caroline Spencer on The Bold and The Beautiful, is recovering after being struck by a car in Los Angeles.

The car had apparently careened onto the footpath after colliding with another vehicle.

A bystander reportedly pulled Godfrey, 26, from the wreckage before she was rushed to a hospital
and underwent surgery on her legs.

“Linsey’s currently out of surgery, her injuries are to her ankles. Fortunately she does not have two broken legs as reports say. Her doctor say that she is expected to make a full recovery,” a spokeswoman said.

“She’s very lucky to get away with such minor injuries in a situation like this.”

Godfrey’s character is currently involved in a “major story arc right now” but producers have rearranged taping for the next few days.
