New faces join Matt White and Mark Webber for TEN's V8 Supercars.

2015-02-16_1404V8 Supercars driver Rick Kelly and former driver Mark Larkham will join Matt White and Mark Webber on TEN’s V8 Supercars commentary team.

They will begin at the Clipsal 500 in Adelaide later this month followed by the Townsville 500, Sandown 500, Bathurst 1000, Gold Coast 600 and Sydney 500.

TEN Head of Sport, David Barham, said: “The addition of Kelly and Larkham to TEN’s commentary team ensures that our coverage of the V8 Supercars will be a first-class television experience for viewers.

“Having the likes of Mark Webber, Matt White and now Rick Kelly and Mark Larkham is tremendous. It underlines our long-term commitment to motorsport, while strengthening our ability to deliver a breadth and depth of coverage that will be unrivalled.”

Last week TEN announced a renewed motorsports broadcast deal with Formula One, screening 10 live events per year, as part of a shared deal with FOX Sports.

  1. Still think TEN have done fans a dud deal. I initially read that as Mark Latham and was like what is he doing calling sport haha. It’s not a bad commentary team but I haven’t really heard them call yet so can’t judge.

  2. So, just to clarify – Are Fox and Ten going to have different comms feeds, or are Larkham, etc going to also be the voices on Fox as part of their shared arrangements?

    1. White, Larkham and Webber will be exclusive on 10. Skaife, Ingall and Yates will be Fox. Crompton, Rust, Murphy and Creen will be V8SC TV (so for actual race coverage)
