Airdate: Super Saturday Full Time

Matt Shirvington and Lara Pitt will host a new NRL post-match series, Super Saturday Full Time.

It will air each week at 9.30pm (or immediately following the final match on Super Saturday) on FOX Sports 501, premiering after the Round 3 clash at AAMI Park between the Storm and Sharks tomorrow.

Each week the hosts will provide the latest breaking news from each club involved in the Super Saturday action, as well as taking fans inside the post-game press conferences and dressing rooms for all the reaction from the coaches and players. The show will feature the best clips from the post-game press conferences, injury updates and interviews with key players.

Head of FOX Sports Channels, Gary Burns, said: “Super Saturday Full Time is not a highlights show – it’s a news show and we’ll try to give the fans a solid wrap up of all the fallout and post-game reaction from the Saturday NRL games.

“In effect we are giving fans Sunday’s NRL news on Saturday night – much like the FOX Sports News channel does and always has done as the number one destination for sports news – only this will have a pure focus on the Saturday NRL games in a dedicated 30-minute wrap show.”
