  1. Fairly logical that Conan deserves to come back to Australian screens or even Jimmy Kimmel.Jimmy Fallon is hopeless as he mumbles through his interviews

  2. I’m actually quite annoyed by this as I regularly watched it in the evenings but not “must-see” enough for me to record and watch it the next day.

  3. Doesn’t bother me as I usually PVR it and watch later any way. Love Doc Who, nice to see it on from the ‘Rose’ episode.

Fallon is not as good as Letterman or Ferguson (still miss him) but he has his own style, they mono log at the start seems a bit rushed sometimes but I guess he’s a perfect match for The Tonight Show, unlike Conan. Seriously when will we get to see O’Brien again on local TV?

  4. darn. It’s perfect viewing for my 14yo. Cheesy short interviews with celebrities, harmless funny games, great music, Fallon is clear on issues of inclusivity with African-Americans. Bit of a ‘mens’ club, with the resident Steve, but I can challenge and discuss the sexism, etc with daughter. While a publicity machine for the tv and movie industry, I think of it as nice family time entertainment. We love the twitters and ‘thank you’ segment. Has a great band, The Roots. Will we watch it on the internet? no. Dr Who, is for specialist enthusiasts, and at that hour is current affairs, and other grim issues. Pretty much watched as much Big Bang Theory as i can handle. not shooting the messenger. just fwiw.

    1. Thinking. Of course I will watch it on iview. I just love the idea of ‘everyone’ watching the show at the same time, like telly/Australia is one big family sitting on the couch and its something in common – universal.
