Frustrated with ads during your show? Upload an "ad break animal" to social media.

You gotta love a trend that begins with the audience….

My Kitchen Rules fans, apparently frustrated by the amount of ads during the show, have begun a Twitter trend by posting funny animal photos on social media.

“Ad break animals” are taking over.

  1. I often wonder why there are still so many sponsors for TV. I don’t know anyone who actually watches them and who isn’t driven around the bend by them. I guess they must show value for the companies money spent but it beats me on how?

  2. How True !

Love MKR but wont watch it live.

Continuous ad breaks of 5.5 and 6.0 minutes are just ridiculous

Now I see no ads instead of sitting through a few

If I was a manufacturer I would not be paying whatever exorbitant prices 7 are charging for this time slot

I would think it money wasted

If others are not with me in PVR’ing – Pretty sure they get up for a walk around the block or a trip to the local shop 🙂

    1. Yep it’s the only way! I’m happy to record every show and watch it later or in the following day/days to skip through ads. It’s made watching tv so much more enjoyable.
