A reminder that tonight’s second episode of Grey’s Anatomy is a must-see for long term fans of the show (and possibly some who haven’t watched in a while).

It attracted plenty of headlines in the US, most of which have already been discovered by Australian viewers.

A plane crash in Seattle brings back horrible memories for the doctors, especially Meredith and Arizona. Friction between Owen and Amelia makes for an uncomfortable working situation for Stephanie.

The double episode begins 10pm Tuesday on Seven.

  1. You are assuming it will start 11ish. Given Seven has a bad habit of running shows between 15-30 minutes past schedule I am predicting you will be staying up after midnight to watch these alleged 10/10 eps.

This is why I have been ‘recording’ Good Wife and Glee to watch later – at a more reasonable hour.

  2. The two hour episode after these two is what is truly extraordinary and I hope Seven airs it in a double episode format as well.

Many are calling it the best Grey’s ever, and it’s a total creative reboot. Possibly the best episode of drama television I’ve ever watched, for a variety of reasons, and almost a third of IMDB users gave it a 10.

It’s just a shame many others are so caught up over the events of tonight’s episode they can’t look past it and can’t appreciate the standard of epsiode 22.

  3. It’s just a pity that the episode you mention is on at 11(ish)pm! And you can’t watch it on plus7 via an iPad so I’ve discovered this season….
The April/Jackson episode a few weeks back was also on at that hour…
At least we get to see it I guess…I’ll just have to record it myself.
