The Fennessy brothers and Janeen Faithfull all resigned as current CEOs of Shine Australia and Endemol Australia, respectively, ahead of the final merger of production companies. Just who will head up the new group is under industry speculation.

David Mott joined Nine in September 2013 as managing director of STW9 but is expected to return to Sydney in the near future.

“I’m very happy at Nine. We’ve just moved our headquarters here in Perth and I’ve still got work to do here,” he told the AFR.

Meanwhile The Australian links former TEN CEO Grant Blackley and Nine Entertainment group sales and marketing director Peter Wiltshire and V8 Supercars CEO James Warburton to the vacancy of Southern Cross Austereo CEO.
