Peter Hitchener would know how Courier-Mail sports journalist Robert ‘Crash’ Craddock felt yesterday after a ‘giant crow’ threatened to peck him to death, during the Today show.

The extreme close-up from the Nine rooftop camera was reminiscent of a giant seagull wandering into view while Hitchener read the 6pm News in Melbourne.

  2. What do they say about news being rehashed pretending to be new(s)? Alfred Hitchcock did this on a much bigger screen back in the sixties for the movie, “The Birds” and could have been acknowledged.
