Jamie Oliver is back to the rescue on TEN later this month, with his latest UK series, Jamie’s Super Food.
The 6 part series, which premiered in the UK last month, will replace The Bachelorette on Thursdays, from 7:30pm October 29, and looks set to fill nicely to the end of ratings season.
TEN also has some Joel Creasey comedy specials coming to Thursdays.
In this six-part series, Jamie travels to some of the healthiest places in the world to uncover the secrets of how their citizens live longer and healthier lives.
From Costa Rica in Central America to Okinawa in Japan and the Greek Islands, Jamie takes these hidden secrets and turns them into exceptional, inspiring and delicious recipes everyone will look forward to eating.
Jamie explains: “It’s not about goji berries and green drinks. It’s about cooking smart with simple foods. They’re all using humble ingredients to make some of the simplest and tastiest dishes I’ve ever tasted.”
Using some of Jamie’s hero ingredients such as eggs, goats milk, sweet potato, wild rice and fish, each episode sees Jamie cook up a day’s worth of delicious meals, perfectly balanced plates of mouth-watering food that have all the food nutrition you need in a day.
Inspired by what he has learnt on his travels, Jamie will reveal the tips and tricks of how to build super food into your everyday life.

The other night my wife and I had our own gogglebox moment.
“So what will ten air Wednesdays and Thursdays when bachie-ette finishes?”
“will be something Jamie Oliver for sure…”
