Former Partridge Family star has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

Former Partridge Family star David Cassidy has been charged with leaving the scene of an accident, following a car accident in Florida last month.
Cassidy reportedly side-swiped a truck on a highway and fled the scene, but neither party sustained serious injuries.
He claimed he told police that he exchanged information with the truck driver and that he sought hospital treatment for an unrelated issue.
Police also charged him with expired license plate tags, improper lane change and for driving with a suspended license.
Earlier this year, Cassidy filed for bankruptcy protection. Last year his wife filed for divorce after 23 years. Cassidy has also had three DUI arrests, five years’ probation, an alcohol education program and rehab.

“Police also charged him with expired license plate tags…” In the US they don’t have rego stickers, you get a small metallic sticker which you apply to an indented area on your number plate.

David Cassidy has had a strange life, inxluding being raised by his grandparents, his parents divorce when he was 4, and his father burning to death at 49 from falling asleep smoking.
Broken marriages, addictions etc etc.
I hope he can get help.
