Some top notch Euro-dramas are on the way to SBS.
As previously noted, The Fall‘s second season returns 9:30pm Thursday November 17, with Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dornan.
TV Tonight can confirm the Australian premiere of The Returned season 2 will follow in mid-January.
Also coming in January is the Free to Air premiere of The Missing, the excellent series with James Nesbitt and Frances O’Connor.
Some good summer viewing right there, while the others are watching sport in their deckchairs.

What about The Forgotten, and The Overlooked, and The Stuck Behind The Couch Cushions, and The Hiding Behind The Door?
SBS are becoming (for me) the “go to” channel for top drama, aside from Aunty 🙂
This is because of the high quality and also because they are not afraid to throw in some Sci-Fi as well, my favourite genre.

A virtual oasis in the vastness of the wasteland that is Summer non- ratings period.
David, any word as yet on This Is England ’90 or The 3rd season of The Bridge(Nordic version)? Both which will end up on sbs, I believe there is a 3rd season of The Legacy on the way also. I guess that one will be sometime in 2016.
No but Upfronts are happening this month so hang in there.
