Some were typos, some were ferociously voting for the same show in every category, and some were being downright cheeky.
Amongst the votes that have been tallied for the TV Tonight Awards 2015 are some that make for hilarious reading.
Readers were divided over whether Gogglebox was a Reality, Light Entertainment or Factual show. And there were lots who had the title of a show on the tip of their tongue, but couldn’t quite articulate it. There were plenty of typos for folk like Shaun Micallef, Waleed Aly and Karl Stefanovic …but is it a concern when you don’t even know the name of your favourite star?

Also….looking at the pic…’.Better Australian Jumes and Gardens’ ….may have got 2 for 1 when they swapped out Rob Palmer….pretty folk….but not a patch on Rob…. 🙁

Must admit I initially wrote “Googlebox” on my form before I realised and corrected!
I chat in old style chat….I am fluent in typo…. *BG*….
And if you dont know a name…or how to spell it….or even ‘The woman from The Living Room’….simply type in Google….what you think…or that exact question….and Google will tell you….often before you finish typing….easy peazy…..

Thanks for the laugh David. I had a real giggle. And out loud too. I left a lot of blanks due to not having an opinion but if I’d known we could be creative I would have done so 🙂 I know I voted at the last minute and think I may have spelt Karl’s surname wrong too and I think even my email address may have been wrong :/ ferociously writing as quick as I could to not miss the deadline.
Looking forward to the results and hoping you could decipher everyone’s errors, incorrect spelling and meaning.
Wow what a great read, I was reading them out loud to people in the room and they couldn’t even understand me by the end of it because I was laughing too hard.
My Restaurant Revolution? That sounds a bit of My Restaurant Rules + Restaurant Revolution – kind of a portmanteau word!
A typo I did years ago – The Big Bnag Theory – stuck with us for years – now we even drop the “B” to refer to the show as the Big Nag Theory.
