I sure know the feeling of typos on dates but Nine may want to check what episode of Australia’s Got Talent it is putting to air next Monday night: the 2013 or 2016 grand final?
Then again the finale of Australia’s Got Talent 2013 would draw better ratings than the one that’s coming.
2013Â was the season Julia Morris hosted with Kyle Sandilands, Dawn French, Timomatic and Geri Halliwell. It was won by trio Uncle Jed, now known as Luna Grand.
Nine folk are quietly glad to be seeing the back of this one.

I think only about nine folk are actually watching it…
Actually they probably wouldn’t. Nine traditionally holds back their big guns until after the Easter non-ratings period so AGT was a convenient filler until Easter. It is clear that they brought back the show for this purpose and it will probably reappear at this time next year and years after for this reason.
The intern probably just cut and paste it from 2013 and forgot to change the date.
The public have already decided, No more AGT
I think we are seeing the end of the ‘Got Talent franchise in this country for quite a long time….
Reminds me of the year Nine tried to replay the Melbourne Cup in the (Sydney) News.
Roll tape – ooops…that was last year! Tried again, replayed year before that….
