2016 Logie Awards: guide

 

TV’s “night of nights” gets underway with its Red Carpet from 4pm at Crown today, to be edited into a highlights package screening at 7pm AEST.

It is the biggest red carpet in the country, in terms of both stars and media in attendance.

When it wraps after 6:30pm (and often closer to 7pm) the stars sit down to a meal before the formalities begin. If there are awards to be presented off-air, this will be done before the broadcast begins at 7:30pm.

*Viewers in South Australia, Western Australia & Northern Territory should note the broadcast will be delayed and are advised to avoid social media. NB: TV Tonight will be publishing Live results AEST.

There are 25 trophies to be handed out tonight including the Hall of Fame, plus an In Memoriam segment.
