Good news for Mildura viewers with Nine agreeing to an affiliate deal with a joint venture operated by WIN Corporation and Prime Media Group.
The deal comes just two days before the June 30 deadline.
It is still yet to secure a deal for WA, SA, Griffith and Tasmania.

Hi David, Do you know if Griffith NSW will be airing ch9 programming or will the service go to black on July 1??
“It is believed that Mildura Digital Television (MDV) operates at a loss of some $1 million annually. Nine Network agreed to an affiliate deal ….to run its signal into Mildura in Victoria.” (Mildura Independent).
So, “Nine agreed”, not the other way around. Wonder how much Nine is paying MDV.
