Oops. Leigh Sales correction after “nincompoop” slip-up.

Doh.

Leigh Sales has tweeted a correction to her followers after last night signing off 7:30 by telling viewers, “Tomorrow night I will host an election campaign debate between the Treasurer Scott Morrison and his deputy Chris Bowen.”

Oh could I be a bigger nincompoop – Scott Morrison and his counterpart Chris Bowen I meant to say, not deputy! Apologies all 😱
