Never mind the big guns, last week the attention turned to TEN and ABC, both of which improved their share.

TEN won the primary channel three nights in a row, thanks to MasterChef Australia. The return of Offspring was another positive for the week.

  1. I was on ABC News 24 for the election….but then I usually am….
And I have really enjoyed SBS: Great Continental Railway Journeys

  2. Australia Votes is 1.22M when you include ABC24 numbers. More than I would’ve guessed given how sick people seemed to be of the long lead-up to the election.

  3. Is Ten about to launch a new multi channel? Strange how WIN have channel 84 still on & playing music to a bunch of logos. They may be aware of something coming?

    1. Dear God, no more channels to further dilute the audience. WIN would have vacant channels thanks to dumping GOLD etc. in the changeover. I just wish they would run their wallpaper loop on one of them.

      1. Gold is still there as is TVSN. I have noticed that they don’t state WINHD on a logo. Most people, if not all, now have HD receivers.
