Brendan Dahill is leaving ABC after 6 years to become Managing Director, KEO Films.

ABC Head of Non-Scripted Production Brendan Dahill is leaving ABC after 6 years to become Managing Director, KEO Films.
Dahill was Head of Programming prior to a management restructure earlier this year, and ABC1 Channel Controller previously.
He has over 20 years experience including as Director of Television at BBC Worldwide plus roles at Carlton TV in the UK and Discovery Channel Europe.
Debbie Manners, Chief Executive Officer, KEO Films said today, “I’m delighted that Brendan is coming to KEO Australia as Managing Director. KEO Australia is very important to us strategically and has been a resounding success, producing high quality and entertaining programming for the local market. I have total confidence that Brendan will be able to build and grow the company significantly alongside our talented team.”
Previous Partner and Managing Director KEO Films Australia, Leonie Lowe, who launched the company in 2014 mutually dissolved her partnership with KEO International earlier this year but remained as a consultant. She now pursues her independent production company, Lune Media.
KEO Films Australia productions currently include Bullied, Struggle Street and River Cottage Australia.
