Another former politician is joining the board of a TV network.

Former trade minister Andrew Robb (pictured), who bowed out of Parliament as a Liberal member in the 2016 election, will represent Gina Rinehart as a non-executive on the TEN board.

He replaces her earlier representative Hancock Prospecting’s John Klepec, who joined the board in 2013.

Also joining is WIN CEO Andrew Lancaster, with the company owning 14.9 per cent of TEN shares.

The board also includes Foxtel chief executive Peter Tonagh, Siobhan McKenna as representative of Lachlan Murdoch, and two independent directors, including chair David Gordon and Paul Gleeson, who has been on the board for nearly 20 years.

Elsewhere, Former Liberal Treasurer Peter Costello is chairman of Nine Entertainment Co.
