Toni Collette has filmed a role in Seven’s Blue Murder sequel, The High Road.

Richard Roxburgh reprised his Blue Murder role as former NSW police detective, Roger Rogerson for filming last July.

Dan Wyllie and Aaron Pedersen also feature.

Producer John Edwards, who has since partnered to form Roadshow Rough Diamond, oversees the project for Endemol Shine.

The Sunday Telegraph reports it could kick off Seven’s 2017, possibly with another title. Filming was kept under the radar while Rogerson was still in the NSW legal system. Seven still hasn’t formally announced the project.

After the success of the recent JonBenet doco, the local true crime should do well.
