Bruce McAvaney will host Seven’s Live coverage of the 2016 Cox Plate tomorrow, joined by Simon Marshall, Simon O’Donnell, Francesca Cumani, Jason Richardson, James Jordan, Neil Kearney and Rachael Finch.

Champion mare Winx will be aiming for back-to-back Cox Plate wins on Saturday at Moonee Valley in the most anticipated race of the spring.

Hartnell will lead the challengers in Saturday’s $3m Group 1 weight-for-age race after winning his past three including the Turnbull Stakes to set up what will be an epic battle.

Seven’s coverage will be hosted by Bruce McAvaney, with expert analysis from Simon Marshall and Simon O’Donnell and International Racing Expert Francesca Cumani. Jason Richardson has all the news from the mounting yard, with James Jordan on the ground providing form analysis. Neil Kearney and Rachael Finch are reporting on the colour and characters from the track.
