Axed: Sixth and final season for Longmire

A final season of 10 episodes, will premiere in 2017.

Netflix is giving US western Longmire a sixth and final season.

Season six, which will consist of 10 episodes, will premiere in 2017.

The series, starring Aussie Robert Taylor, will have completed with its first three seasons on A&E and another three with Netflix.

Most importantly, we’re committed to delivering a dynamic and satisfying conclusion to our fans that rewards their longtime loyalty,” executive producers Greer Shephard, Hunt Baldwin and John Coveny said.

There has been no better team to work with on this show than Greer, Hunt and John, and their tremendous cast and crew, and we have every confidence that they will have a satisfying conclusion to this revered series.
