Renewed: Fuller House

Fans rewarded for ignoring what the critics have to say about Netflix comedy.

You almost have to ask why, but TV is a broad church and clearly there are plenty who enjoy Fuller House.

Netflix has renewed the sitcom for a third season.

The show was widely panned by critics and ranked among some of the year’s worst scripted offerings but has loyal viewers who aren’t swayed by reviews.

The reboot, which centres on original Full House cast members Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber, dropped its second season on Netflix earlier this month.

  1. Great News! I thought the second season was better than the first. Didn’t pick it when at the end of the second season we found out she would’ve picked Steve.

I like fuller house because its nice television and there has to be room on television for shows that don’t revolve around sex or crimes. Its good that Netflix can bring us shows like the good witch, hallmark romance movies and fuller house that fall into that category. Whilst I don’t want nice television to be the only thing I watch on tv, it has been really nice that Netflix are bring this kind of television to their streaming service in Australia and I look forward to watching more. I’d really like netflix to bring hallmark’s chesapeake shores to australia.
