Amber Harrison for 60 Minutes interview?
Last year Sunday Night went hard on 60 Minutes after Beirut. Is Nine about to return fire?

Amber Harrison, who had a consensual affair with Seven CEO Tim Worner, appears to be in discussion with Nine’s 60 Minutes.
An interview with Harrison could reignite the scandal for Seven, and potentially draw ratings for Nine. If it runs on the first day of the ratings year, February 12, it could be a brutal move.
But Seven may reportedly pursue Harrison for profiting from crime if the interview goes ahead. The network alleged some unauthorised use of company credit cards  -but it isn’t clear if she has been charged. Some amounts were also repaid.
Last year Sunday Night was swift to interview Adam Whittington over 60 Minutes Lebanon saga, deeming it a public interest story.
But any interview with Harrison would undoubtedly trigger a cold war between the two networks for 2017. Late last year both Seven and Nine CEOs happily shared a stage together with TEN and Foxtel bosses in a move to show media unity.

The story could end with ” Tim Worner declined our offer for an interview”.
I think ch9 and Amber need to be very very careful here. There could be major lawsuits flying around otherwise…..
i hope Nine does the interview on Feb 12th, i would watch it
Does anyone outside media circles even care?
Nine would be wise to tread with caution!
I’m sure there are many, many tales that could be told about Nine’s own executive team if another network were motivated to do a little digging and write a few cheques.
This could have the potential to backfire on Nine if it goes ahead. I can’t see it happening to be honest.
So Seven why isn’t this deemed as a public interest story…… oh that’s right this time it’s about you!!
If Seven retaliates by stirring up whitejacketgate it could be an Amber Alert on 12 Feb.
As long as she told them everything on what went on otherwise it would be a pointless interview, but geez that could do a lot of damage for 7, Tim and his family.
