Airdate: Australian Grand Prix 2017

Grand Prix coverage begins on ONE tomorrow morning culminating in the big race on Sunday.

The 2017 Australian Grand Prix returns to the Albert Park tomorrow until Sunday, on TEN and ONE.

TEN’s commentary / presenting team includes Mark Webber, Matt White, Adam Gilchrist, Alan Jones, Mark Larkham, Mark Howard, James Allen, Tom Clarkson, Kate Peck and Natalie Hunter.

The 2017 FIA Formula One World Championships will see one of the biggest technical shake-ups in more than 20 years, with fans looking forward to increased speeds and spectacular racing at the season opener in Melbourne.

Following an impressive season last year, Aussie hero Daniel Ricciardo will be back with a vengeance as he sets his sights on a home-soil World Championship.

With World Champion Nico Rosberg retiring after his 2016 success, Lewis Hamilton and his new Mercedes-Benz team-mate Valtteri Bottas will be revving up to defend the crown.

Throughout the weekend, Network Ten’s expert team are set to provide first-class commentary on all the action on and off the track.

Australia’s most experienced Formula One driver, Mark Webber, joins the TEN Sport team again this year to offer his expert opinion and, following the success of last year, commentate all F1 sessions as well as qualifying and the main race.

Mark joins TEN Sport’s Matt White and Adam Gilchrist, former F1 World Champion Alan Jones and expert commentator Mark Larkham on set with Mark Howard, James Allen, and Tom Clarkson to bring fans all the news from inside the F1 Paddock.

Network Ten will also bring viewers all the glamour and excitement of Formula One from around the circuit with Kate Peck and Natalie Hunter.

The 2017 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix promises to be an action-packed weekend of thrills and spills, on and off the track, live and free on Network Ten.

Friday, 24 March. 10.30am – 6.30pm AEDT on ONE
Saturday, 25 March. 10.00am – 6.30pm AEDT on TEN
Sunday, 26 March. 10.00am – 6.00pm on TEN

  1. Thankfully Ten have roped in a cricketer to share his thoughts on Formula One. No doubt there will be the conga line of people who’ve never been to a race before pimping some crappy show on Ten that I (and I suspect many others watching F1) have absolutely no interest in.

    I wonder if they’ll have someone from TBL drooling over the food in the Qantas Lounge while actual motor racing is occurring at the circuit?

    I’ll be watching on Foxtel with the additional bonuses of no Mark Howard nor Alan Jones.
