ABC premieres Indian Dream Hotel: On Tour, a 2 part follow up to The Indian Dream Hotel.
This again features Miriam Margolyes, Wayne Sleep, Bobby George and Rosemary Shrager from the preceding series, known in the UK as The Real Marigold Hotel.
Visiting Japan & Florida, this aired in the UK in January.
Inspired by their stay in India, actress Miriam Margolyes, dancer Wayne Sleep, darts champion
Bobby George and chef Rosemary Shrager are reunited once again, this time to road-test
retirement in the places reputed to be the best in the world to grow old – Japan and Florida.
In this episode the quartet experience retired life in Japan, a country with one of the longest life
expectancies in the world. They move in with 73-year-old twin sisters in historic city of Kyoto, where
Miriam immediately struggles with Japanese etiquette.
