Change due for Australia’s Next Top Model

Production is expected later this year, with the likelihood of big format changes.

Australia’s Next Top Model is getting closer to plans for its 11th cycle.

As revealed in the Programmer’s Wrap with Brian Walsh in February, Australia’s Next Top Model is returning, potentially with big format changes.

Top Model is definitely on our slate for late 2017 (in production),” Brian Walsh told TV Tonight.

But the return date is unannounced, possibly for 2017 or 2018, with Walsh keeping his options open.

“We might roll it from December,” he said.

A Foxtel spokesman has today told the Daily Telegraph, “There will absolutely be a Series 11 but we are not in a position as yet to announce dates or talent.”

  1. I honestly think bringing back this old tied format is a mistake. If Foxtel want to compete with Netflix they can’t keep living in the past. Plus this show is expensive for the amount of ratings it delivers.
