Natalie Bassingthwaighte is returning to TEN, joining the cast of The Wrong Girl.
The actor / performer, seen recently in Brock and I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, will play Gillian, a pastry chef and Jack’s (Rob Collins) ex-girlfriend who reappears to complicate Jack’s life as he and Lily grow closer.
“I am beyond excited to be joining the incredibly talented cast of The Wrong Girl for season two. With such fabulous scripts and characters, I cannot wait to bring Gillian to life and for Australia to see how this season unfolds,” said Natalie Bassingthwaighte.
TEN Head of Drama, Rick Maier, said: “Securing Natalie for this role is exciting for all of us. Singer, host and favourite celebrity camp-mate, there is not much Nat can’t do – and we know acting has always been a real passion. We are sure Nat will be a fantastic addition to this brilliant ensemble. And all this just when Lily thought her life was complicated enough…”
The Wrong Girl returns later this year.

So glad she coming back to TV ….. and also i think her appearance on I’m A Celebrity helped to get her face back in the public arena….
Really looking forward to this, Season 1 was really good. I just hope it is not aired directly against Doctor Doctor again.

Perhaps the deal could include a guest stint on Neighbours, a la Madeline West
