TEN unveils early premieres

TEN has revealed its programming for the week of January 31st which, as expected, unveils several of its key titles ahead of official ratings.

It includes The Biggest Loser, So You Think You Can Dance Australia, Good News Week, Burn Notice, House, Medium, and White Collar.

The Biggest Loser with new host Hayley Lewis is stripped at 7:30pm weeknights following The 7PM Project, while the line-up also includes the premiere of Ross Noble’s Australian Trip and the late-night return of Army Wives. Little else changes in the schedule so far, with 9AM Summertime …

Alex O’Loughlin to guest in Criminal Minds

Alex O’Loughlin is returning to CBS in an upcoming episode of Criminal Minds, sources confirm to me exclusively.

To air in the US in April it will track a case from the point of view of a serial killer, played by O’Loughlin.

This is O’Loughlin’s first leap back into TV since Moonlight was laid to rest nine months ago.

Instead the network has decided to pick up where it left off, with the first of three unaired episodes. “Father’s Day” will air at 10:30pm on Friday February 6th, bumping NZ drama …

Gone: America’s Next Top Model, Army Wives

Updated: TEN shifts ANTM to a late night slot.

Channel TEN has dropped America’s Next Top Model from its schedule effective immediately.

The reality series was airing on Sunday and Monday nights. It will replace it with a movie on Sunday night (which also bumps Don’t Forget the Lyrics out for the night).

On Sunday the show managed just 403,000 viewers.

Monday nights it will be replaced by repeats of Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?

TEN also drops Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Army Wives from its Monday line-up next week.

Sunday January …

90210 on Monday, then Sunday.

Updated: See new schedule below.

90210 will air as a Sunday 7:30pm show for summer.

“Hollywood Forever”, the seventh episode in the series screens on Sunday November 30th, but it follows the show returning next week on Monday night. We’re haven’t even started summer and already shows are moving nights…

TEN’s first week of summer will also include the return of America’s Next Top Model, Don’t Forget the Lyrics, Orange Roughies and Big Cat Diary. Meanwhile, Neighbours, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Out of the Blue and The Office continue.

Army Wives, featuring Kim …
