Sunday Arts set for cuts?
UPDATE: Sunday Arts to become Art Nation.
As per recent rumours, the ABC is expected to announce tonight its changes to its Arts programming.
The Australian notes that Director of ABC Television, Kim Dalton, will make an announcement tonight at a two-day Sydney conference, aptly titled Revealing the Arts, jointly presented by the ABC and the Australia Council for the Arts.
Many anticipate significant changes to Sunday Arts will see it slashed from its one-hour programme, with content moving online. Sunday Arts last week rated a slight 75,000 viewers.

Airdate: Australia’s Heritage: National Treasures
Chris Taylor takes his leave tonight from The Chaser but will be back shortly to front a series on treasures from Australia’s National Heritage List.
In the third season of five-minute mini-documentaries in the National Treasures series, he travels around Australia delivering historical snapshots of places from the National Heritage List.

War is over. Chaser calls it quits.
After some speculation last week following comments on their Wednesday night show, The Chaser’s War on Everything team has confirmed the end of the show.
During the week the picture was somewhat unclear. A spokesperson had told TV Tonight they could only confirm the end of the current series, on July 29th.
But yesterday the Herald Sun confirmed the War brand would end, the second ABC show to announce its closure in as many days.
