True Horror
If you love a good horror yarn, then you should probably skip True Horror, a 3 part documentary series coming up on SBS.
At least, skip the first chapter, “Werewolves” which airs this Sunday night. If the first instalment is anything to go by, I won’t be back for the next two on “Frankenstein” and “Dracula.” Not to be confused with the True Horror series narrated by actor Richard Head (Little Britain, Merlin, Buffy the Vampire Slayer), this is essentially a drama re-enactment purporting to be a documentary.
Produced by Hardy Pictures for …

Supernatural creator Eric Kripke plans to end his series in May 2010. Kinda…
“I did set out [to] tell a five-season storyline,” he told EW.com. “Quite frankly, I never expected [the show] to make it to five years. But now that we’re in our fifth year, I have every intention of ending the story with a bang and not drawing it out or watering it down.”
“That having been said,” Kripke continues, “I’m looking at this season as the last chapter in this particular story. That doesn’t mean there can’t be a new …

ABC2 will continue with the second series of Torchwood on Friday nights when the first season ends next month.

At least ABC2 has been airing them consistently each week.
The first ep of S2 “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang” with Buffy’s James Marsters screens 8:30pm Friday September 18th.
Airdate: Dollhouse “The Future Project”
FOX8 will screen the “extra” episode of Dollhouse, filmed at a time during contractual differences between FOX and production company 20th Century Fox Television.
Unaired in the US it was released on DVDs as “Epitaph One.” But oddly, Foxtel has chosen to rebrand the episode as “The Future Project.”
The year is 2019, and the world is broken. A small band of survivors discover an abandoned Dollhouse and – as they explore its shell – begin to understand the shadowy organisation and start to suspect it may have been responsible for the current …
