Move over SBS, ONE has a new weekly football show coming, set to feature Socceroos, A-League and world football.
World Football News will air at 10pm on the eastern seaboard from Monday February 8th on ONE.
Former SKY Sports News and BBC journalist Chris Bailey will host the one-hour panel show, covering games and news on matches around the world.
It will feature interviews with key players, coaches and members of the world football community.

Matthew Richardson joins Seven
Channel Seven has signed former Richmond player Matthew Richardson to its 2010 AFL commentary team.
Richardson will work with Bruce McAvaney and Dennis Cometti on Sunday Football, and is also set to join the crew of AFL Game Day.
Richardson, after kicking his 800th career goal, partially tore his hamstring of the bone which lead to his retirement at the end of the 2009 season.

Matthew Lloyd joins TEN AFL team
Former Essendon footballer Matthew Lloyd has joined TEN’s AFL commentary team.
Lloyd had already made several appearances on sports panel show One Week At A Time on ONE as well as on FOX Sports.
Executive Producer of AFL, David Barham said, “He is opinionated, direct and not afraid to call it as he sees it and we think he will prove to be an outstanding expert commentator. We are delighted he will be joining us,” Barham said.

Geelong star signs with Seven’s AFL team
Channel Seven has signed recently-retired Geelong captain Tom Harley to its AFL commentary team.
Harley, who captained two premierships with Geelong, will join Bruce McAvaney, Dennis Cometti, Leigh Matthews and Tim Watson in Friday Night Football commentary roles.
Channel Seven Melbourne General Manager Lewis Martin said: “Tom’s been renowned for his courage, leadership and footy knowledge throughout his AFL career.
“He brings great character and style to his new role and will deliver forthright, honest and eloquent commentary to footy fans.”

ONE launches a new AFL show One Week at a Time at 7:30pm tonight AEDST.
OWAAT (is that “oh what? for short?) is hosted by Stephen Quartermain and regular panelist Robert Walls who will discuss the weekend that was and what is ahead for the next round. Tonight’s line-up also includes Geelong’s Tom Harley while Matthew Lloyd, Matthew Richardson feature in coming weeks.
