Ready Steady Hic
Ready Steady Cook chef, Jared Ingersoll, was let off with a good behaviour bond yesterday after pleading guilty to a low-range drink driving charge in Waverley Local Court, Sydney.
Ingersoll was pulled over by police in early December, recording a blood-alcohol reading of 0.07.
The Daily Telegraph says he told police he had consumed five alcoholic drinks after finishing work.
Magistrate Jacqueline Milledge took into account his good character and prior untarnished driving record.
No conviction was recorded but he was placed on a good behaviour bond for 18 months.

Returning: Ready, Steady, Cook.
New episodes of TEN’s cooking-fest hosted by Peter Everett return this month.
Ready, Steady, Cook is back at 2pm Monday June 15th.
The show was a surprise inclusion at this year’s Logie Awards, being the only daytime programme to be nominated for an award (excluding breakfast television).
New chefs making their debut in 2009 include Tom Kime, Adam Swanson, Shane Delia and Chris Cranswick-Smith.
Everett took over the programme, based on a UK format, in January 2006.

Packed to the Rafters and Underbelly dominated 2008 television and so it is with the 51st TV Week Logie Awards.
Rafters leads with 11 nominations while Underbelly has, appropriately, nine. Rebecca Gibney, Kat Stewart and Gyton Grantley all have nods in acting for both popular and peer-voted outstanding categories. Gibney is also a front runner for the Gold. Both shows are also in as Most Popular Drama and Most Outstanding Drama.

Live NFL on TEN HD
TEN has sent through some amendments for its NFL coverage beginning next week, which sees several live games played on Mondays and Tuesdays between 10am – 2pm.
These matches will include legendary teams including the Dallas Cowboys and the Chicago Bears. Always reminds me of Homer Simpson moaning about “Ohhh… the Denver Broncos?”
I also love how TEN HD goes from the rumble and tumble of NFL to Peter Everett in Ready Steady Cook!
