Good news for fans of Lie to Me, and especially Network TEN, with confirmation the series has been picked up for a full season.

No risk for 20-TEN
A year ago when TEN unveiled its programming for 2009 it brazenly shocked the nation when it said Big Brother would be replaced by a cooking show. And it promised other local titles including Talkin’ ’Bout Your Generation, Guerilla Gardeners, Bondi Vet and even some that never eventuated: Australia’s Hidden Genius and Undercover Boss.
Unveiling its 2010 titles last night in Melbourne, TEN programmer David Mott played it both safe and sure, only promising one new local title, the Junior Masterchef spin-off. …
Family Guy has “a couple more years”
If Seth MacFarlane has his way, Family Guy will do a few more years then bow out gracefully.
“I don’t want to go 20 years like The Simpsons,” MacFarlane told Toronto’s Sun Media. “Ideally we would go another couple of years and then wrap it up. That would be my perfect scenario.
“I mean, I can already see it coming. I can already see the … we’re in season eight, and it gets harder, it gets harder and harder to do new stuff. I mean, every show starts to suck after a certain …
NCIS: LA for 2010 on TEN
TEN programmer David Mott recently told TV Tonight about some of the network’s US acquisitions.
Despite admitting that every year most networks like to trumpet their bags as a ‘best ever’, this year he believes he has come back with some hot shows. About a decade ago, he confides, he came back with practically nothing of worth.
One of the most anticipated new series is the NCIS sequel, NCIS: LA.
“That’s a no brainer for us,” he said. “Straight away that will solve a timeslot for us next year.”
Next year? Not this year?
“No, I’m …

Daniels is behind The Office, while Judge has The Goode Family, launching on ABC in midseason.
The Texas-based series which began life in 1997 was voiced by Judge, Kathy Najimy, Pamela Adlon, Brittany Murphy, Tom Petty, Toby Huss, Johnny …
