Kubrick fest for SBS

If you are a fan of the great director Stanley Kubrick there are a number of tantalising treats coming up on SBS next week.

For the second time the broadcaster will screen a selection of his works including the films 2001: A Space Odyssey, The Shining, Full Metal Jacket, Barry Lyndon, Lolita and A Clockwork Orange.

But there is also a peculiar “spoof documentary” suggesting that Kubrick might have been behind a fake landing on the moon, with Kubrick directing CIA agents as astronauts: The Dark Side of the Moon.
