  1. ABC’s rage showing after midnight what there are videos of Triple J’s latest Hottest 100 from 2023. Tomorrow begins their “Retro Month” where classic ABC music shows , footage and clips is shown.

  4. Just wanted to save everyone about seven hours of your life by giving Fool Me Once a wide berth on Netflix. Wooden, soulless acting and a story arc that could have been done well in 3 episodes rather than stretched to 8.

  6. Just finished the Traitors UK and also currently watching Traitors US and I’m thinking about how sad and dumb it was that Ten axed Traitors AU. Yes, the second season cast did not know how to play, but the first season is regarded globally as one of the best Traitors seasons, and the cache you get from all the international seasons (some of which have big names on them) is free publiciy and prestige and eyeballs. I am confident that if they made another season that they could make a great one, as long as they got the casting right and/or they trained the cast properly in the rules.

    1. Thoroughly agree Chris N. Poor Rodger was trying to be obvious to help them make decisions. But with that second series the competitors fell into the hole where everything is exaggerated and not seeing the forest for the trees.

    2. I so totally agree with you. I’m just utterly devastated that 10 didn’t renew our series for another season. The Traitors is one of the best Reality TV shows out there!

      At least we have UK, US, NZ & Canadian seasons to look forward to!

    1. It’s a CBS production they can’t lose the rights to it. They could have decided that selling them to Netflix will be more profitable than airing it on Ten or Paramount+ here. But I haven’t seen anything.

  10. So I just logged into Paramount + to continue watching Big Boys – Season 2 that just came on around a week ago, and it disappeared; I signed up for an annual plan with Paramount and already feel it was light on content, now it’s purchasing content to appear for less than a month?

  13. I am confused. I thought that ABC network had lost the rights to show Dr Who episodes including repeats. I was surprised to find yesterday DR Who listed on Iview. It was the episode Dr Who Runaway Bride said it was published on the site 2 months ago and available till 12th Feb. So is Disney Plus allowing the odd (old )episodes to be screened by other networks?

    If not, when will Australia’s entry for this year’s Eurovision be announced?

    1. Wikipedia says “Australia is set to participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö, Sweden. The Australian broadcaster Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) will be responsible for selecting the Australian entry for the contest.”

  17. Well won’t the numbers for 7mate at 6pm last night be interesting. The west indies need 2 wickets, Australia need 29 runs, and yep, Ch 7 keep to the script and run the news on the main channel and force a channel change to 7Mate to watch that epic finish. But the irony of that is, they had cricket programmed all night and it was done by 6.45, so what did they do on the main channel, just run reruns. If you want the rights, show the game….

    2. Channel 7 made the right choice.

      The game was scheduled to finish at 6pm, and they committed to that time on their main channel.

      If cricket wants to change their finishing time at the last minute,
      then they should be prepared for it to be relegated to a minor channel.

      The news is a regular top drawing card.
      They don’t want viewers switching in frustration to Channel 9 news, because they might not get them back

    4. The broadcast concluded at 3:30pm in WA. Due to Timezone difference, 7 Perth had some alternate replacement programming to fill the void during the afternoon. With the match finishing early this will affect their prime time share.

  19. Nine can’t believe their luck! A long, 5 set, epic (telecast including post will be lucky to finish before midnight now… A shame we won’t see shares% anymore (unless TVT still gets them or networks are forthcoming), as tonight will be through the roof for Nine.

  21. it appears that amazon video only has license for neighbours season 2012-present. i wish they would stream previous seasons like all the 1990s episodes and early 200’s

  22. No Offsiders summer edition this year? Normally on 1st /2nd week of January, start of aus open and cricket. I guess the abc finances must be a little tight this year to do a summer edition ? Anyway, does the normal Offsiders return next week???

  23. Just finished watching All Saints, and man how can they not make lot more seasons and episodes, mostly after how it ended.
    Come on why aren’t there a lot more seasons that can’t be done it just can’t be.

    1. Cost to make an ep vs the number of eyeballs available to watch it on a channel-so many different options for people now means a ‘big hit’ gets a fraction of the viewership of 10-15 years or more ago.

      1. VHS, the massive amount of quality shows from US Network and cable available cheaply in output deals, DVDs, DVRs, tax break caps at 85 eps, increase points for short 6-8 ep. shows with higher budgets, the internet and then streaming. Now H&A needs a 30% subsidy even though it has a reach of 1.5m (people either watch it or they don’t it appears) and has been sold in 80 countries.

    2. They introduced the medical response unit which made the show more costly to make. I wish they ditched the MRU and went back to the old format but not to be.

  24. all the streaming servies like 7plus iview stan amazon etc…. should have a “login with google” or “sign up with google” option, that would be so much easier especially instead of linking with a code, especially if u have a google tv . tubi app has a sign up or log in with google option
